Using Advanced Size Functions for CFD Meshing - ANSYS e-Learning

CFD flow domains can be complex and challenging to mesh, often requiring localized mesh refinement due to intricate geometric features.  For users, manually applying local mesh controls can be tedious and inefficient for realistic geometries. With Advanced Size Functions in ANSYS Workbench Meshing, users can easily instruct the mesher to adaptively refine the mesh based on geometric parameters such as surface curvature and proximity.
