Building Better Boundary Conditions - ANSYS e-Learning

Posing the following question for 20 years to ANSYS students:  What is the most common and largest source of analysis error? has resulted in the same answer over 90% of the time.  It is the boundary conditions!  Bad boundary conditions are often the hardest to detect and cause the largest solution errors.  All models require boundary conditions.  It is also rare where the fixed, pinned, sliding supports, etc. are easily defined.  Proper boundary conditions can save modeling and solution time and result in more accurate analyses.
