Presenter Biography:

Dr. Charlotte Blair is a Lead Application Engineer for ANSYS, Inc supporting the high frequency product applications.  She specializes in HFSS which is an FEM electromagnetic simulation software code for RF and Microwave devices. Prior to working at ANSYS she worked at Radio Frequency Systems as a Filter Design Engineer where she designed, built and tested prototypes of various cellular band pass filters. Currently she is the IEEE Connecticut Section Chair for the MTTS/APS/UFFC and WIE societies and IEEE Region 1 Public Visibility Chair. She is also the Technical Program co-chair for the 2016 IEEE R1/R2 WIE Forum. Charlotte received her BSEE from Rutgers University and her MSEE and PhD EE at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT).
