    Dr. Nicholas Veikos, President of CAE Associates, recently presented at the NAFEMS Regional Summit 2008: The 2020 Vision of Engineering Analysis and Simulation.  Dr. Veikos’ presentation discussed Simulation Training Challenges in the 2020 Workplace.

    “The Simulation Landscape is changing and requirements are much more complex while Simulation software is becoming easier to use,” said Dr. Veikos, “that said, training is still necessary because a small error in the input, approach or assumptions can result in a large error in the solution.”

    The Speedo LZR Racer swimsuit is arguably the greatest technological achievement in the sport of swimming to date. It's been a hot topic of discussion, and of controversy at the Olympic Games in Beijing. According to Time Magazine, as of August 13th, 33 of the 36 swimmers to medal at the games were wearing a LZR. World records are being shattered each time swimmers hit the pool. ANSYS Fluent played a crucial role in the suit's design and development.
