UsCAE Associates Training Course Cancellation Policy
Due to class size limits, cancellations less than one week before the seminar and no-shows will be charged for two days of training per attendee or the cost of the seminar, whichever is smaller. All cancellations must be in writing and be received by CAE Associates personnel at least five (5) business days prior to the course start date.
CAE Associates reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course by notifying registered attendees at least five (5) business days in advance of the course start date. In the event of such a cancellation, CAE Associates will refund the course fee in full, if prepaid.
CAE Associates shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or liability resulting to students or their employers relating to a course cancellation. We therefore do not recommend the purchase of non-refundable airline tickets. CAE Associates shall not be liable for any failure to teach for any reason.
