It has always been said that two heads are better than one.
Sometimes, an engineering application or problem is so specialized or unique that a standard training class may not cover what you need to learn. In other cases, the application requires selected portions of material from a few different training classes. On occasion, the problem to be solved is very complex, requiring simulation experience you have not yet attained.
These situations are perfectly suited to mentoring. Often, this is the best approach to get the project accomplished quickly and, at the same time, learn how to do it on your own.
CAE Associates offers a variety of mentoring solutions to help our clients get up the learning curve as quickly as possible, sidestepping the many pitfalls associated with difficult analyses.
The mentoring can take many forms, dictated by the client's requirements. It can range from working for a day with a member of our skilled technical staff in order to get over a particular analysis hurdle, to teaming with us for the duration of a big project.
