Overview
As an ANSYS Channel Partner, CAE Associates provides ANSYS technical support for our clients with an active maintenance agreement. If you are an ANSYS licensee in our territory, you can call our office to speak with an engineer at (203) 758-2914, or send our ANSYS software support team an e-mail.
We are committed to ensuring immediate, live, first-class ANSYS tech support. Callers are never subjected to an obstacle of phone menus, and most issues are resolved on the first call.
As testimony to this, CAE Associates has been asked to provide ANSYS tech support by the world's biggest ANSYS users, including United Technologies and General Electric. They have chosen us above all others because of our practical, technical knowledge of both the ANSYS software and their engineering applications.
The engineers who provide ANSYS software support use the program on a daily basis on real engineering projects and have an average of over 12 years of experience with the ANSYS software. They are also the same individuals who provide our world class ANSYS training. Our goal is to promote understanding and optimal use of the ANSYS software, not to simply dictate mouse-clicks.
ANSYS software support from CAE Associates is available from 8 a.m. to 12 noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We observe the same holidays as ANSYS, Inc.
